Thank you for your Order!

Make sure you provide the correct shipping address.  Ek's Lux Hair ships orders using UPS, FedEx and USPS. Our processing time varies based on your order. Wefts processing takes 2-3 business days for your order to be shipped.  While our wigs processing time can take 10-20 days based on your order. Processing occurs Monday-Friday. 

If you place an order after 12pm pacific time, your order will be processed on the next business day. We are currently only offering Domestic shipping (US & Canada.)

You will receive your tracking number in your email as soon as your product is shipped. If you do not receive a tracking number within 3 business days of your order, please contact customer service at (240)-476-5027.

Unfortunately, you cannot make changes once your order has been placed. 

We offer returns only on products that have not been used or damaged. WE DO NOT OFFER RETURNS ON WIGS. The products must be returned within (5) business days of receiving the shipment. We strongly believe that you are getting the best quality hair. Therefore, the chance of our hair returning is very low. We do understand that circumstances may change. We kindly ask that you keep the hair in its original state when returning. We will not offer a refund for opened packages.

You are responsible for all shipping costs related to your return. We kindly ask that you give us a call or send us an email before returning the hair and provide a reason for your return. Exchanges are not allowed.

A refund will be issued once we receive the package in its original state. Shipping cost will be deducted from your original payment. Refunds are usually returned to your card within 5 business days depending on your bank.

All Wigs purchases are final sale.
